FFL Transfers

An FFL transfer is the change in possession of a firearm from a Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) to another FFL holder or to a customer. Under federal law, specifically the Gun Control Act, an FFL transfer is necessary whenever a firearm is purchased from an FFL or when a firearm is shipped to someone else across state lines.

Where do you FFL transfers?

We do FFL and NFA transfers in and around the Cypress, Texas area but anyone from Houston or Katy area can pick up from us. Call first to schedule a convenient time for pick up.

If I purchase a gun from gunbroker or Palmetto State Armory, can you handle the FFL transfer?

Yes! You'll need to bring your driver's license or CCL and $100 cash and we can schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your purchase.

So if you bought a firearm online, have it shipped to Cypress Firearms for a fast, convenient, professional FFL transfer.

Can you handle NFA Suppressor transfers?

Yes, we can process NFA/suppressor transfers as well, although, check out our line of suppressors as you may be able to get a great deal purchasing from us!
